SHIPPING POLICY upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.

Shipping Information

Usually, it may take 1-3 days to process your order, depending on the shipping method you use, and after processing time your item will be delivered in 3-5 days. However, we offer free ground shipping for orders over $174, for our customers in Canada. However, fast shipping options using top carriers may come with extra shipping fees, different from the regular. Regardless of whatever option you selected, the accurate fee of your shipping will certainly be displayed on your order page which will be available for you to see prior to placing an order.

Delivery Time

The delivery time quoted with each shipping option on our website is an estimate based on averages provided by any carrier we utilize. For shipments outside the United States, the estimated delivery time is dependent upon how quickly a package clears customs and, in some cases, on the performance of in-country delivery services over which we have no control.


Tracking Number

For every purchase, we offer a tracking number so as to be able to track the movement of your ordered goods after being shipped.

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please call us immediately. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after being used by you. Also, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. See the Risk of Loss (below) for additional information.    

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms. This means that the risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.


Product Warranty

Shisha legend is a shisha retail store, and we ensure we deliver the best of the best products as possible exerting all efforts to prevent shipping damage. Therefore, we will not be responsible for products damaged after use. We offer no warranty for products damaged once use, or warranty against breaking, peeling, discoloring and chipping. Always thoroughly go through the product descriptions and its reviews from other sellers prior to your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be accommodated if both of the following conditions are true:

  • Order is canceled within 5 minutes of the order being placed.
  • Order has not yet been shipped.


Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been packed or shipped.
